Overview & Summary
- Develop and execute developer experience strategy to support both new and existing users.
- Engage with developers by working in community channels to provide support.
- Provide data-driven analysis, research, and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Work closely with engineering teams and be hands-on in improving the developer-facing parts of their product.
Job Requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in a developer experience role, ideally for a dev tools company.
- A strong understanding of developer success and best forms of communication.
- In depth knowledge of API development.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in an ever-changing startup environment.

You will be working in a small team where individual ownership is highly valued. As a founding role the requirements are open to suggestion but we have included a key list below:
Role overview
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to build a dynamic developer community around the AI platform. Define key success metrics and leverage data-driven insights to steer community engagement activities.
- Effectively communicate the platform's technical capabilities to developers, creating messaging and narratives that resonate with this audience, ensuring consistency across various channels.
- Create and distribute developer-centric content, such as blog posts, documentation, video tutorials, and technical guides. Lead webinars, workshops, and other events aimed at educating and engaging developers.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers on platforms like Discord, Twitter, and other relevant online forums. Act as a liaison, gathering developer feedback to inform product development and overall strategy.
- Organize and participate in developer events, hackathons, and conferences. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to showcase technology and drive developer engagement.
- Lead efforts to establish technical partnerships and joint initiatives, expanding the platform's reach.
Required Experience:
- DevRel: At least 2-5 years of experience in a developer relations role (a founding role would be ideal but not a deal breaker)
- Startup Experience: Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and solving complex problems.
- Strong Communication: Able to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Content Creation: Experience in producing technical content and engaging with developer communities.
- Community Management: Enjoy engaging with developers on Discord, Twitter, and similar platforms.
- Curious & Tech-Savvy: Passion for new technologies and a strong desire to understand customer needs.
